Shipping

  • An invoice will be sent to the nominated email address that you entered at checkout. We process orders every Monday and Wednesday.

    Allow 7 business days for delivery.

    NZ orders : Free shipping on orders over $75

    AU orders: Free shipping on orders over $100

  • Unfortunately, once it has been ordered you cannot.

  • A spend of $120 you will qualify for free shipping in NZ. Over a spend of $150 for AU orders.

  • Unfortunately not, unless there is an issue with the supplements then we can arrange this.

  • 5-7 business days.

  • If your items arrive damage, please contact us at hello@thenutrientco.com. We can then assess the damage and work out a solution.

    We may request a photo of the items or delivery package to aid quick resolution.

  • Unfortunately, due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional supplements simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure the product is suited to your needs.

  • We will accept returns if the supplement is damaged, faulty. The Nutrient Co may elect to return the product to the manufacture to determine the nature of the problem. The Nutrient Co reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or niglet by you. The Nutrient Co will also not issue any refunds from third party retailers.
